Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the WDC Posting Tool ("the Tool"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

2. What the Tool is

The Tool is a self-hosted social media scheduling system operated by We Do Content (WDC), used internally by WDC's staff only to schedule and publish content to social media accounts that WDC's clients have authorized WDC to manage. It is not a public SaaS product. Clients do not use the Tool.

WDC staff are responsible for the confidentiality of their Tool login credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account. Unauthorized access or suspected compromise must be reported immediately to mounirsamy.msv@gmail.com.

5. Content ownership

Content that WDC uploads, creates, or publishes through the Tool on behalf of a client remains the client's property. Clients retain full ownership of their content and brand assets. WDC does not claim ownership of client content.

By authorizing WDC to publish on their connected accounts, clients grant WDC the permissions necessary to store, process, and publish that content on their behalf through the Tool.

6. Third-party platforms

The Tool publishes through Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, Google Drive, and Airtable. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. WDC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those platforms.

7. No warranty

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available." WDC makes reasonable efforts to keep it secure and running, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the Tool.

9. Termination

WDC may suspend or revoke staff access to the Tool at any time if these Terms are violated. Clients may request at any time that their connected social accounts be disconnected from the Tool by contacting WDC.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
